1. Order Processing & Production

• What happens first: Once your order is placed, it’s sent to Printify for production. Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days after submission—this includes the time needed for printing, quality checks, and order preparation.Printify

• Please note: Production times can vary due to demand spikes, garment availability, or quality reprints. If your order hasn’t shipped within 7 business days, contact us for an update.Printify

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options through Printify’s network of print providers and carriers:

• Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 3–5 business days in the U.S., depending on product and provider location.Swagify

• Priority Shipping: Faster delivery, generally 2–3 business days, though production times still apply before shipment.PrintifyPrintify

• Express Delivery (when available): Combines expedited production and shipping—your order may arrive within 2 business days.Printify

3. International Shipping

• Delivery to international destinations varies widely—from 2 days to up to 4 weeks—depending on shipping mode, customs, and your location.Printify

• Customs & Duties: These may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. United Style Alliance does not cover customs fees.

4. Shipping Costs & Rates

• We pass along Printify’s actual shipping rates at checkout. These depend on the product, the destination, and the shipping option selected.Printify

• Want to simplify costs? You can choose to:

  • Charge flat-rate shipping, or

  • Include shipping in your product price and offer "Free Shipping" at checkout.Printify

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

• Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk pass to the customer.

• If your order is lost or delayed, we’ll help by working with Printify and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
